He approaches the world of business development and marketing during his studies in Business Economics, immediately working for high-level companies such as Lavazza, Barilla, the Venice Biennale. Once he graduates, he obtains a master’s degree in marketing and digital Strategy.
Thanks to the skills acquired, he began to collaborate with multinationals in the agri-food and design sectors, helping them in identifying new business models and developing communication strategies. He also works for foreign companies located in Spain and Germany.
Over time, he specializes in extraordinary operations: he plans corporate restructurings for large and small companies and, where necessary, covers administrative and temporary management roles. He mainly collaborates with innovative start-ups, for which he evaluates the international scalability and elaborates the strategies; he himself founded several of them, putting himself on the line in the first person.
To date, he sits on multiple boards of directors and collaborates with accountants and lawyers, especially with regard to M & A activities and managerial aspects for the business world.
