After graduating from the University of Pavia with top marks, he continued his studies. His PhD focused on comparative and international Italian Criminal Law. It was on this occasion that he spent a semester studying at the Ludwig-Maximilians Universität in Munich, delving into the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights.
After his habilitation, he switched from international Law to public administration work. While continuing with his legal practice, he returned to the classroom for a specialized course in anti-corruption and prevention of illegality. Here, he delves into everything related to corruptive phenomena in the public and private spheres.
Today, offenses against the public administration are the main area in which he operates. In addition, he also works in the highly topical area of Environmental Law, working to reconcile construction and nature. Since 2023, he is also a Professional Partner of the Partner24ore Network of Il Sole 24 Ore.
