Francesca Passerini is a Partner of PFL. 

For many years her practice has focused on providing counsel on Family Law, Women’s Rights, and Equal Opportunities in Italy. In fact, she is a Member of the Equal Opportunities Committee and a Counselor on this topic for the Bar Association in Milan. This is in addition to her work as the President of the non-profit association La Scuola DDiritto which works to stop physical and psychological violence against women.

Francesca is also recognized for the advice she provides in the complex area Medical and Healthcare Liability – with a particular focus on matters related to Neuroradiology and Ozone Therapy.  Of particular note is the work she conducted in this field in 2015, which led her to win the ViviSalute Award which was present by CeRGAS with the patronage of the Presidency of the Italian Council of Ministers.  

She also has a wealth of experience providing counsel on a range of important Real Estate and Financial matters.

Prior to becoming a Partner of PFL, Francesca was the Managing Partner of her own firm in Milan and also a Founding Partner of AL – Assistenza Legale which was recognized internationally by The Lawyer, Legal Week, and the Financial Times for its work making the law accessible to everyday citizens in Italy.
